The Remote Monitoring Leadership Council submitted a statement for the record at the House Ways and Means Health Subcommittee’s hearing on “Modernizing Care Coordination to Prevent and Treat Chronic Disease”. RPM allows providers to enhance coordinated care by proactively monitoring conditions and giving patients transparent data they can use to self-manage their chronic diseases.
